Lying
Saw an interesting post on my twitter feed awhile ago concerning Rahab from the Bible. Rahab lied to the men who came questioning her about the Israelite spies. She lied in order to save the men of God. No question about that. But she DID lie. God says do not lie. Yet she was honored for her actions. SO-is there ever a good reason to lie? Is there wiggle room on that? Only to save a life, your own or someone else's? Where is the line drawn? Let me hear your opinions.
I have nothing to add, other than this is something I've wondered about as well. When is sin permissible? Shouldn't it always be wrong?
